Castel San Pietro Thermal Baths

With a short walk, visitors will be able to drink from Fonte Fegatella spring, situated along the Viale Terme avenue. It is said that, in 1337, some sheep with serious liver disease were restored to health thanks to the healing powers of its water. Later studies by University of Bologna, having a branch in Castel San Pietro Terme at that time, showed the healthy properties of Fonte Fegatella waters, finally recognized from a scientific point of view.
