Sunset and stars above the Santerno badlands - Star Walks

Set amongst the rolling hills linking Casalfiumanese and Borgo Tossignano, a circular route takes shape, combining nature, panoramic views and stargazing.

The walk begins at the Villa Manusardi car park, the meeting point for the activity. From here, you take the Luca Ghini path, which winds its way through natural surroundings and offers panoramic views.

The route runs alongside the picturesque Calanchi di Ca' Baladelli and reaches the ridge of the Rio Mescola, from where you descend along path 703 to Borgo Tossignano, passing through particularly scenic stretches at sunset.

From Borgo Tossignano, the route continues along the banks of the River Santerno following path 701, returning through the river landscape to Casalfiumanese.

Arrival is scheduled for around 9.15 pm at Villa Manusardi Park, where stargazing will begin, guided by a laser pointer and a large telescope.

An experience that combines the charm of the sunset over the badlands with the magic of the starry sky, amidst nature, silence and wonder.
