A walk among stars and meteors in Borgo Tossignano - Star Walks

Enjoy a pleasant circular walk starting from the Casa del Fiume (River House) in Borgo Tossignano, leading to the base of Monte Penzola and along the banks of the Santerno River—with a touch of geology along the way. Together, we’ll follow the river to the eco-friendly hydroelectric power station, which we’ll have the opportunity to visit while we wait for nightfall.

As darkness falls, we’ll return to the meadows near the Casa del Fiume, where—without the need for a telescope—we’ll observe the Moon, some of the main summer constellations, and the Perseids. Alongside the stargazing, we’ll share myths and legends from various cultures that bring the night sky to life.
