Description
Description of activity/experience/product: Starting from the assumption that fatigue is an aspect intrinsic to hiking, chosen autonomously, sometimes even desired, and not already imposed nor obligatory: during the excursion, reflection will focus on how everyone manages their own effort and how to safeguard the balance between effort and pleasure.
Program of the day: we start southwards along the Valle d'Inferno which gradually climbing it will lead us until we reach path 701 at an altitude of 400 m, plus point high of the route. From here you will descend towards Tossignano going up to the Castle from where you have a beautiful view of the Riva di San Biagio, the most spectacular outcrop of the Vena del Gesso Romagna. Then following path 705, initially downhill you will skirt the Selenite chalks and then climb to the Pré pass with panoramic views of the Apennines. Subsequently the landscape changes as you enter the oak woods and begin the descent that leads to Borgo Tossignano not before a stop at the ruins of Villa Le Banzole and after admiring the view of the Rio Sgarba gorge.
The moments of walking will alternate with moments of reflection of a few minutes each during the stops as well as being able to rest and refresh from the effort.
