Imola
The 6 Hours of Imola, the second round of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC), scheduled for the weekend of April 19-20, 2025. The Enzo and Dino Ferrari racetrack has hosted endurance races before. In 2011 a round of the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup, forerunner of the WEC, from 2013 to 2016 the European Le Mans Series, an event that returned last year and will be present again in 2025.
Going even further back in time, in 1984 the Autodromo was the scene of a round of the Sportprototype World Championship, the 1000 KM of Imola, won by the German pair of Hans-Joachim Stuck and Stefan Bellof, at the wheel of the Porsche 956 B.
The 2025 edition of the 6 Hours of Imola will be an unmissable event. The starting grid will see the main car manufacturers lined up including Ferrari, Porsche, Cadillac, Toyota, Alpine, Peugeot and BMW, ready to compete in a race full of adrenaline and breathtaking overtaking. Making this edition even more exciting will be the debut of the Aston Martin in the Hypercar category and the Mercedes AMG in the LMGT3 class, which will bring new challenges and increasing competitiveness to the track.
