La casa della nonna

La casa della nonna means "Grandmother's house": a cozy home in an antique style.

Located in the historic center with easy access to all the village services. It features a large terrace with a sunshade where you can have lunch or dinner outdoors. During the summer, a pool is within walking distance.

The house has two bedrooms: one with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, and the second room has a single and a half bed. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning for the summer months (although it is usually not necessary). If needed, two additional beds can be provided with a sofa bed (only on request and for an extra charge). The kitchen is a good size and equipped with appliances. The living room has a Romagna-style square extendable table that can accommodate up to 8 people, a fireplace, and a large lounge area with a three-seat sofa, two armchairs, a bookshelf, and a TV. The bathroom on the floor has both a bathtub and a shower, and there is a small service bathroom downstairs with a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine (no bidet).

There is an outdoor parking space. An external small garden with a barbecue is also available. Ideal for weekend stays in contact with nature on the hills, yet not far from Imola (23 km), and the nearby Tuscany, including Firenzuola (20 km), Barberino del Mugello, and Florence.

Beautiful trails for trekking, mountain biking, and downhill (with bike washing facilities available) as well as for motorcyclists (not far from the Futa and Raticosa passes). The apartment is fully accessible, ideal for families or small groups. If needed, two additional beds can be provided with a sofa bed (only on request and for an extra charge).
